Calibrating pH and CLF Probes for Accurate Pool Measurements

Step-by-step guide to calibrate pH and CLF probes for precise pool water monitoring with ASIN AQUA Salt.

Proper calibration of pH and CLF probes ensures accurate pool water measurements. For pH calibration, use either a pH 7.0 buffer solution or a colorimeter/Pool Tester to measure the pool water pH. Calibration is performed by immersing the probe in the buffer or entering the tester's value into the ASIN AQUA Salt device within a range of 6.4 to 7.8. For CLF probe calibration, measure chlorine concentration with a colorimeter or tester (0.3 to 1.2 mg/l required). If the difference between device and tester readings exceeds 0.2 mg/l, adjust the CLF calibration value accordingly. Repeat measurements after thorough water mixing and allow probe stabilization over several days for best results.
