Maintenance Guide for ASIN AQUA Salt Pump and Injection Valves
Instructions for maintaining and replacing pump hoses and injection valve components on ASIN AQUA Salt.
Regular maintenance of the ASIN AQUA Salt is essential for optimal performance. Replace the pump hose (#12073) every 24 months to prevent pump failure. To do this, switch off the device, remove the pump cover by turning it anticlockwise, detach the hose ends, lubricate the new hose with the supplied grease, and reassemble using new nuts included in the replacement set. For injection valves (#12005), regularly check for scale buildup and rubber band integrity (#13087). Replace rubber bands every 2 years for private pools and annually for public pools. Clean injection valves to maintain proper dosing. Following these steps helps avoid dosing failures and prolongs device lifespan.
