Understanding High-Temperature Warning and Automatic Speed Reduction
Details on high-temperature warnings and automatic speed reduction to protect the InverMaster IM1C-16 pump.
The InverMaster IM1C-16 pump features a high-temperature warning system that activates when the module temperature reaches 81℃, displaying AL01 on the screen. Upon first warning, the pump automatically reduces running capacity based on current load, for example, reducing to 85% if above 100% capacity. Subsequent warnings trigger capacity reductions every 2 minutes, decreasing by 5% per 1℃ increase above 85℃ or if temperature remains constant. The warning is cleared when temperature drops below 78℃. This automatic adjustment protects the pump from overheating and ensures safe operation. Users should monitor AL01 alerts and verify proper cooling and ventilation to prevent frequent warnings.
